My name is Ben Baker, I’ve been working at Spirit Executive for two months now and it’s been a great experience working in a forward thinking, supportive and successful environment in my hometown of Worcester. My work focuses on projects in the environmental industry, which aligns with my passion for environmentalism and preserving biodiversity. Working in this role offers me exposure to some of the very best environmental professionals in the UK, and it’s always interesting learning more about how we can build for the future while maintaining and protecting the biodiversity of our many different landscapes and ecosystems. I look forward to advancing my knowledge and building meaningful long-lasting relationships in the industry.
My name is Matthew Robinson and I’m a principal consultant for the transportation and infrastructure division at Spirit. I’ve been a part of the Spirit team for a handful of months and I love working with a team passionate about providing high class resourcing solutions through building meaningful relationships. I’m passionate about sports mainly football, having had experience managing at a semi-professional level. I’m also extremely passionate about Motorsport, in particular F1, IndyCar and WEC, having watched the full 24hour of LeMans live in 2021. I’m also passionate about my own education, always looking to read more books. I also spend a lot of time with my family and friends, especially with my fiancée Fran. I also enjoy being around wildlife and providing them with safe habitats e.g. my pet cat I’ve rescued, building homes for hedgehogs. My goal at Spirit is provide a high-quality service in which candidates and clients alike feel like they get a 1st class service in which they are respected, listened to with the result being they are given excellent solutions by myself to their next career move or their next hire.
